Can you replace the light bulb?

The light bulb is a led with a lifetime expectancy of 100,000 hours, and not replaceable.

Does the scent fade with time?

The scent of the rustic pillar candles is infused into the wax, and over time the surface will absorb other surrounding smells, causing the candle scent to fade. Cleaning the surface of the candle will bring back the scent. The candle is not meant to be used as a room deodorizer.

Will the candle melt?

The candle is made of solid wax and can soften if exposed to high temperatures or sunlight for extended periods of time.

Can I light the wick?

No, the wick is for decorative purposes only and not meant to burn. It is non-combustible.

Does the candle radiate heat?

The candle light bulb is less than 1 watt and does not heat up. The candle does not give off any heat and does not warm up.

How long will the candle last for?

The lifetime expectancy of the light bulb is 100,000 hours, which is equivalent to 13-15 years with regular daily usage. Life expectancy of batteries is determined by the quality and size of brand that is being used.

How do I set the timer in the candle?

When you turn the candle on to the timer mode, it will automatically turn itself off 5-6 hours later, and turn back on 24 hours later from when it was initially turned on.

Can I set the amount of time the timer will run for?

The timer on the Rustic Pillars and the Hospitality pillars are internally set in the candle and automatically turns off in 5-6 hours from the time it was turned on. If you wish to use the candle for a longer or shorter period of time you can use the manual on/off setting.
